太宰府天満宮より、博多へ戻ってきました。

I returned to Hakata from Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine.

そして、今回の旅のメインイベントがこちら。

And here is the main event of this trip.

西鉄福岡(天神)駅の前にお店を出されている、屋台の「永ちゃん」さん。

あの有名歌手の印象が強いネーミングですが、こちらのお店は「ながちゃん」と読みます。

私たちのような観光客には「博多屋台といえば中洲」といった印象が強いのですが、私の推しは「永ちゃん」さん」一択です。

とは言うものの、こちらにお伺いしたのは「18年ぶり、３回目。」。

ひさしぶりの訪問でしたが、違和感なくお店に飛び込めました。

“Naga-chan” is a food stall with a store in front of Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station. Tourists like myself have a strong impression that “Hakata yatai” means “Nakasu,” but my recommendation is “Naga-chan” only. Although I have to say, this is the third time in 18 years that I have been to Naga-chan. It had been a long time since my last visit. It had been a long time since my last visit, but I was able to jump into this stall without any sense of discomfort.

画像からでも、「香り」、「温かさ」、そして美味しさが伝わってくるようです。

さらに、この「博多とんこつラーメン」。

さっぱりしていながらも、しっかりとしたテイストで、自制心を失えば「何杯でも」いただけます。

Furthermore, this “Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen”. It has a refreshing yet robust taste, and if you lose self-control, you can have “as many bowls” as you want.

そして、そして、このお値段。

ご家族で経営されているとは言うものの、良心的すぎます。

それに、ここは他のどの屋台よりも暖かみがあり、ご家族の絆を感じることができます。

もちろんお食事は「どんなものをいただくか」も大切ですが、「どんな方からいただくか」ということもとても大切なことと思っています。

And, and, and the price.Even though it is run by a family, it is too conscientious.And this place has more warmth than any other stall, and you can feel the bond of family.Of course, “what kind of food you eat” is important, but “who you eat it from” is also very important.
