082 Korean shopping street in Osaka.

( In keeping with the subject matter, Korean will be used in this issue as well.)

I got off the Kintetsu “Aoniyoshi” sightseeing express train at Tsuruhashi Station, and stopped by a shopping street under the elevated railroad tracks.

( For the “Aoniyoshi” ride, please refer to the previous blog. )

In this limited area, many Korean food shops line the streets.

Although the photo has been doctored so that it is hard to tell, the people who come to the restaurant also have an exotic atmosphere, which is quite nice.

I bought seaweed rolls, filled with colorful ingredients.

What caught my eye at this store was

It is a Korean-style pancake filled with a delicacy called “chijimi.”

I had intended to just stop by the market, but I ended up doing a lot of shopping.

My mood was so uplifted that I almost boarded the express train to Nagoya.
