191 A Reunion Trip of J.H.S. Railroad Club Vol.3 ( 7 / 8 )
富山駅です。
ここまでの道のり、私はあいの風とやま鉄道でショートカットしましたので順調でした。
ただ富山地方鉄道に乗り続けた仲間たちは、「１日100円乗り放題チケット」の効果で、あの後さらに列車には多くの方々が乗車され、身動きが取れない混み具合だったとか。。
This is Toyama Station.
I’ve made good progress so far because I took a shortcut using the Ainokaze Toyama Railway.
However, according to my friends who stayed on the Toyama Chiho Railway, thanks to the “100-yen all-day pass,” even more people boarded the train after that, and it became so crowded that you couldn’t even move…

無事に全員集合し、最後の目的である「岩瀬浜線」に乗車します。
Everyone has safely gathered, and we will now board the “Iwasehama Line,” our final destination.

富山駅を出発後しばらくの間、再び雪が舞ってきました。
For a while after departing Toyama Station, it began to snow again.

終着駅の岩瀬浜に到着です。
この区間は昨日に乗車した宇奈月温泉に向かう路線と同じ富山地方鉄道の区間ですが、一時期はJRが運営していたこともあり、軌道の状況は格段に良好です。
鉄道における「保線」の重要性が、改めて確認できました。
We have arrived at our final destination, Iwasehama.
This section is part of the Toyama Chiho Railway, the same line I rode yesterday to Unazuki Onsen, but because it was operated by JR at one point, the track condition is significantly better.
This experience reaffirmed the importance of “track maintenance” in the railway industry.

復路は、この車両で富山駅へと向かいます。
この列車は低床車両ながら、専用軌道区間では時速60kmで快適な走行を見せてくれます。
On the return journey, we will head to Toyama Station on this train.
Despite being a low-floor train, it offers a comfortable ride at a speed of 60 km/h on dedicated track sections.

富山駅まで戻り、行き交う路面電車を観察します。
I returned to Toyama Station and observed the streetcars going by.
路線バスのような鮮やかな色彩！と思えば、これはバス車両メーカーの広告車両でした。。
It looked like a regular route bus with its vibrant colors! But it turned out to be an advertising vehicle for a bus manufacturer.

他にも様々なデザインのラッピング車両が走行しています。
There are also many other wrapped vehicles with various designs in operation.

個人的には⬆️のような車齢50年を超え、旧式のモーター音を唸らせながら走る車両に心惹かれます。。
Personally, I’m drawn to vehicles like the one pictured above, which are over 50 years old and still rumble with the sound of their old-fashioned motors.

The map below shows the route we took in the Toyama area.
青色は初日、ピンク色は2日目。
２日目の破線部分は、私一人のあいの風とやま鉄道区間です。
観光の要素は全くと言っていいほど無く、ひたすら列車を乗り継いだ時間でした。。
The blue arrows indicate the first day, and the pink arrows indicate the second day.
The dotted line section on the second day is the Ainokaze Toyama Railway section where I traveled alone.
There was virtually no sightseeing involved; it was simply a period of endless train transfers.
