030 Series 103 on the way home.

< English is below >

This time, I will talk about when I got home from work.

For a change of pace on this day, I decided to return on a different route than usual.

☆

It looks like I can get on the JR Nara Line bound for Joyo at 18:11.

At this time, I was wondering if Indonesian people could see it by taking the 205 series electric train and uploading the photo on Instagram.

However, what was waiting there was the “103” series!

With joy and courage, I got into the car.

As a matter of fact, I wanted to record a full-view movie of the departure from Kyoto Station along with the announcement sound inside the train, but I couldn’t secure a place because I got on the train just before the departure, so I gave up. I will look for the next point.

When I think about it, I see a train passing by near Inari station for a moment.

???

I couldn’t shoot this opportunity because of a momentary event.

However, I decided to explore a little possibility.

☆

This is the scene from JR Obaku Station to Uji Station. ⬇️

At the Ujigawa Bridge, a large pier to be added was prepared as part of the double tracking work.

And usually, I get off at a station around here, but this time I bet on a possibility and get on a little further.

☆

It’s Joyo, a station a little further away.

The train I got on stopped at this station.

At the platform on the other side, the crossing train bound for Kyoto stopped.

☆

This is the forwarding of the vehicle I was on to the pocket track.

☆

Since it will be a return trip to Kyoto, it is an entry from the pocket track.

☆

After entering the line, it is waiting until the departure time.

☆

Waiting for the crossing train.

☆

The oncoming train has arrived!!!

I was waiting for this scene.

The one I saw near Inari station earlier was the same 103 series car heading for Kyoto.

This format has become less common in Japan.

Furthermore, I heard that only these two trains remain on the Nara Line.

I came here to Joyo station to capture this scene.

It was already the climax of tension.

I always think.

I wonder why I like watching trains and getting on trains so much.

There may have been an answer in the ⬆️ movie.

A feeling of exhilaration when the train is approaching.

And the feeling of satisfaction after passing by.

For me, this tension and relaxation may be a big attraction.
