026 Joyful train

今回は岡山から香川県琴平までの旅。
あの有名キャラクターの列車に乗ります。
This time is a trip from Okayama to Kotohira, Kagawa Prefecture.
Take the train of that famous character.

ところが、その前に出会ってしまいました。
However, I met before that.
キハ４０、キハ４７。
この車両の力強いエンジン音には、いつも惚れ惚れとしてしまいます。
今回の予定を変更したくなったくらいです。
Diesel car series 40, Diesel car series 47.
I’m always fascinated by the powerful engine noise of this train.
I even wanted to change this schedule.

気を取り直して、目的の列車へ。
Regain my mind and go to the desired train.
撮影している人の熱意が伝わってきますね。
You can feel the enthusiasm of the person taking the picture.

それでは四国に向けて出発です、
Let’s leave for Shikoku,
テーマソングに、車内は大喜び。
The theme song makes the inside of the car overjoyed.

車内の装飾です。
乗車してからわかったのですが、このような室内は、１編成でここの16席だけのようです。
It is a decoration inside the car.
As I learned after getting on the train, it seems that there are only 16 seats here in one train.

そして瀬戸大橋を渡ります。
Then cross the Seto Ohashi ( Long – Bridge ).
素晴らしい構築物、素晴らしい風景です。
Great structure, great landscape.

この列車とは、多度津駅でお別れ。
力強いインバーター音とともに、一路、愛媛県松山へ向かって行きました。
この後は別の特急列車に乗り換える予定でしたが、
Say goodbye to this train at Tadotsu station.
With a powerful inverter sound, It headed for Matsuyama, Ehime prefecture.
After this, I was planning to change to another limited express train,

瀬戸大橋を渡る前に見かけた、この列車に乗ってみました。
I took this train that I saw before crossing the Seto Ohashi ( Long – Bridge ).
この車両、先程の特急列車以上の熱気です。
This vehicle is hotter than the limited express train I just got on.

目的地の琴平駅に到着です。
炎天下、金毘羅さんへのお参りをこの後どうしたか。。
次回へ続きます。
I arrived at my destination, Kotohira station.
What happened to my visit to Kompira-san ( Shrine ) under the scorching sun? ..
