まずは韓国の方から紹介します。

First, I would like to introduce a person who runs a confectionery store in Korea.

ここはソウル市内の龍山(ヨンサン)駅。
長距離列車の出発ターミナルです。
This is Yongsan Station in Seoul.
This is the departure terminal for long-distance trains.

駅から歩いて15分ほどの可愛い洋菓子店、Ichon – Briocheu さんです。
ここの店主の方は、京都、しかも宇治に強い関心をお持ちで、私のInstagramを初期の頃からフォローしていただいていました。
A cute little confectionary store ( Ichon – Briocheu ) about 15 minutes walk from the station.
The owner of this store has a strong interest in Kyoto, especially Uji, and has been following my Instagram since the early days.

昨年の11月、事前連絡無しのサプライズ訪問では、大喜びしてくださり、これからも韓国を訪れた折には必ずお伺いしたいと思っています。
Last November, I made a surprise visit to this shop without prior notice, and the owner was so pleased that I would like to continue to visit whenever I visit Korea.

そして今回の出会いは、こちらの仕出し屋さん。
こちらのお店を紹介されていたのも、初期の頃からの相互フォローの方です。
「まるそう」さんは本格的な仕出し屋さんですが、ある日の投稿で、このお店のお弁当をアップされていました。
And this time, I met this Traditional Japanese Cuisine Caterer.
The Caterer is nameed “Maruso” and is located in Higashiosaka City.
This Caterer was introduced by a mutual follower of ours from the early days of our relationship.
“Maruso” is a full-fledged Caterer, and one day he posted a bento box from this Caterer.

こちらのお店、早朝６時半からは、とても良心的な価格でお弁当を販売されています。
This Caterer sells boxed lunches at very reasonable prices from as early as 6:30 am.
多くの具材を使われていて、バリエーションに富んだラインナップです。
Many ingredients are used and the lineup is varied.

And then,
こちらが500円の「日替わり弁当」。
「コスパが、、」とご紹介するのが失礼なくらいのクオリティです。
たくさんの種類のおかず、そして美味しいごはん。
それを考えると、ありえない内容です。
Here is the daily bento for 500 yen.
Lots of different side dishes and delicious rice.
Considering that, it is an impossible content!

お皿に乗せる時に形を崩してしまって申し訳ないのですが、このおにぎりがこちらのお店の「ごはん」の全てを語っています。
土曜日の早朝、京都の宇治から高速道路を使ってお伺いした甲斐がありました。
こちらのお店をInstagramにアップしていただいた「Ｓさん」、本当にありがとうございました。

I apologize for losing the shape when I put it on the plate, but this rice ball says it all about the “rice” of this restaurant.
It was worth the early Saturday morning drive from Uji, Kyoto on the expressway to visit.
